An Oopsie is an item with minor flaws that didn’t meet our full-price standards. These imperfections vary—some are barely noticeable, while others may be more obvious—but the items are still in great condition and fully functional.

Examples of flaws include small marks from shipping, slightly off designs, tiny holes, or similar imperfections. Each Oopsie comes with a physical label attached that says OOPSIE, so please keep this in mind if you’re planning to give it as a gift.
