Tracking Your Order: Once your order is packed and ready, we'll send you a tracking number via email. It may take about 12 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your Overthinker Apparel purchase. If you've had a change of heart, here's what to do:
- Condition for Return: Your item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell.

Step 3: Select Your Preferred Shipping Option for Returns

We have a few exceptions to our return policy:
- Final Sale Items: Items from our Greeting Cards, Slippers, Glass Cans, Ceramic Mugs, Cup Accessories, Overstock Sale, Oopsie Sale, and all gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For Declined Payments: Please ensure that all your card’s billing details, including the security code and billing address, are entered correctly and match those associated with your card. Our system requires exact matches for the sake of security.

Handling Failed Transactions: Failed transactions usually rectify themselves within a few days. However, if the issue persists, please don't hesitate to email us. We're here to help sort it out.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs on their orders. These are set by your country and collected at delivery. For specific amounts, please check with your local customs office.

If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is shipped. However, if your order has already been dispatched to USPS, you’ll need to contact them directly for further assistance.
- Important: Your package will be sent to the exact address you provide. That’s why it’s crucial to double-check your address when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you've entered, you will be responsible for the re-ship cost. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address.
In case your package is marked 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, start by checking around your delivery area and confirming the shipping address you provided. Sometimes, packages can be marked as 'delivered' before they actually arrive. If you still can't find your package after 3 days, we recommend contacting USPS to file a claim.
While we strive to ensure every order reaches its destination, please understand that Overthinker Apparel cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
If your package is showing as "in transit" for an extended period, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for the latest status update. They can provide insights into any ongoing delays.
Although Overthinker Apparel is ready to assist where we can, please be aware that we cannot control delays once the package is with USPS.

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. However, you have the option to return an item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you're interested in. This way, you can get exactly what you want without the wait.

At Overthinker Apparel, we take great care in processing your orders, but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you encounter any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, along with pictures of the issue. We're committed to making things right, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund, which can be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method, depending on your preference.
Please Note: Differences in color due to screen settings or lighting conditions are not considered as damage.
To start a return, first, click the profile icon in our store's navigation or go to our refund policy or returns page. Then, follow these steps to request a return:
Step 1: Log in to Your Account:
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
- Open the email from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Step 2: Select Your Order: Click on the order you wish to return.
Step 3: Choose Items to Return: If your order has multiple items, select the ones you want to return.
Step 4: Select a Return Reason: Choose a reason for the return and add any additional notes for the store.
Step 5: Request the Return: Click on 'Request return'.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, you will be issued a refund.
Here’s how our refund process works:
- Timing: We aim to process refunds within a week of receiving your returned item.
- Refund Methods:
- Original Payment Method: We can refund you through the payment method you used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, we offer refunds as store credit, which will be issued to you as an e-Gift Card.
- Non-refundable Charges: Please note that shipping fees and any handling surcharges cannot be refunded.
- Special Promotions: Items bought during special promotions are eligible for refunds only as store credit.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs on their orders. These are set by your country and collected at delivery. For specific amounts, please check with your local customs office.
If an international package is declined at delivery or returned to Overthinker Apparel, we will issue store credit for the value of your order, minus the international shipping cost.
For customers returning items from outside the US, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties and fees, as well as the return shipping costs. We recommend reviewing your local customs policies to understand these potential charges before making a return.
