We typically ship within 1–7 business days.
Every clothing item is made in small batches, so timing can vary—especially during busy seasons—but we always do our best to get your order out quickly.
- U.S. orders: 2–5 business days via USPS
- International orders: 1–4 weeks, depending on customs and location
These are USPS estimates and not guaranteed—weather or customs delays can happen.
Yes! You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships (it may take up to 12 hours to update).
Don’t see it? Check your spam or promotions folder—or email us with your name + shipping address and we’ll help you out.
If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible—ideally within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If we haven’t packed it yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Yes—we accept returns on full-priced clothing in original condition within 15 days of delivery.
We’re not able to offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return your clothing item and place a new order in the size or style you’d prefer.
- Sale section items: Final sale (no returns or exchanges)
- Non-clothing items: Final sale
- Full-priced clothing with a promo code: Returnable for store credit only
We do—to select countries! Just a heads up: import taxes, VAT, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We know how stressful that is—here’s what to try:
- Double-check your shipping address
- Look around your mailbox, porch, or apartment lobby
- Ask neighbors, roommates, or your building staff
- Wait 2–3 days—sometimes USPS marks things as “delivered” early
