At Overthinker Apparel, every order is made in small batches with care from our little home studio in Las Vegas. Thank you so much for your patience while we prepare your pieces!
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–7 business days.
This covers the time we need to make, pack, and prep your order before dropping it off at the post office.
Delivery Estimates (Once Shipped)
- U.S. orders: 2–5 business days via USPS
- International orders: 1–4 weeks, depending on customs and location
These are USPS estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to weather, customs, or postal issues beyond our control.

If you're ordering from outside the U.S.:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email (may take up to 12 hours to update).
Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder—or email us with your name + shipping address and we’ll help you out.
Shipping Address Tips
We ship to the exact address entered at checkout—please double-check it before submitting your order.

Entered it wrong? Email us ASAP—we may be able to fix it if it hasn’t shipped yet

If it’s already on the way, contact USPS to request a redirection

If it’s returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, a reshipping fee will apply
- We’re unable to refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address
Once It Ships: What You Need to Know
We take pride in every piece we make—but once it’s handed off to USPS, it’s officially out of our hands.
While we can’t take responsibility for lost or misdelivered packages, we’ll always do what we can to support you—from helping with tracking to providing info for USPS claims or just being a kind voice if you feel stuck.
Missing or Stuck Packages
Package says “Delivered” but you don’t have it?

Double-check the shipping address on your order

Look around your porch, mailbox, or apartment lobby

Ask neighbors, roommates, or building staff

Wait 2–3 business days—sometimes USPS marks items delivered early

Still nothing? Call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a missing mail report
