Before placing your order, here are a few important things to know:
Shipping
- We do offer international shipping to some countries.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your region and local postal service.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by your country.
- These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are charged separately by your local government.
- Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be — they vary widely by country and order value.
- We also cannot mark packages as “gifts” to avoid customs — doing so is illegal and could cause shipping issues or delays.
Customs Delays
- Some international shipments may be held at customs for processing. This is entirely at the discretion of your country’s customs agency.
- While most orders arrive on time, delays are possible and out of our hands once the package leaves our studio.
